  Under the condition of lighting, EL wire can be pulled or reeled in.
  To fix EL wire, Plastic binding strip can be used and removed repeatedly.
  Rotate the handle to reel the EL wire in neatly for easy pulling next time.   Three Modes of Charging To turn off the switch before charging.
1)To connect AC220V/110V charger, suggest to charge for 9hrs for fully loading.
2)Car DC12V charge: Launch car but do not step on accelerator peda, connect lead wire with car electrical Source Plug, then connect to Car power. To continue charge for half an hour and reach 50% electricity load. 4. Replacement of Lighting rope
   The end of lighting rope connects with power  with a water proof connector and the lighting rope can be replaced .   Remarks 1.EL wire wheel can not be used in rain ,as no anti water protection for electricity control parts. 2. Do not launch engine as bigger currency will damage electrical controller when connecting to DC12V car power; 3.EL wire will not work well such as emit heat, light not continuously or have short circuit if bending angle is less than 45 degree or pulling strength is beyond required resist pull; 4.Pls. do not remove end parts or inner equipments to avoid the invalidation of anti water ability and change of resist pull. 5. Temperature for battery working and keeping is from -10 to +50 Celsius Degree ,otherwise will damage electrical circuit or discharge or explosion
