operating principle

The superheated high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor in the refrigeration system passes through the condensing pipe in the evaporative condenser, making the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant exchange heat with the spray water and air outside the pipe. That is to say, the gaseous refrigerant is gradually condensed into a liquid refrigerant from top to bottom after entering the exhaust pipe. The super-strong wind power of the auxiliary induced draft fan makes the spray water completely cover the coil surface evenly, and the water borrows the wind power to greatly improve the heat exchange effect. The shell of refrigerating evaporative condenser is usually coated with zinc plate, and then, due to corrosion resistance, it is gradually adopted to coated with aluminum zinc plate.
