Factory Supply Complete Series of Subsurface Piston Oil Pump     Product Description General introduction API 11AX subsurface sucker rod pumps (including tubing pump and rod pump) are manufactured with advanced technology and equipment and have been granted to use the official API monogram onthe pumps and its  fittings. Special subsurface sucker rod pumps can be designed and manufactured according to customers'  requirements. The pumps meet the requirements of long stroke, high speed and deep production and has the advantages of high pumping efficiency, large displacement, wear and corrosion resistance, long operation and easy repairing.   Product Category   1. Tubing pump The pump barrel assembly (including the pump barrel and extension ) is screwed directly on the bottom end of the tubing, with the following advantages:  a. Larger tubing pumps can be used for the tubing with the same size, making it suitable for the well with large production capacity. 
 b. Sturdy pump structure and larger flow passage allow thick crude oil. 
 c. Due to the limit of the sucker rod strength and elasticity, it is usually applicable to large  displacement shallow wells and deep wells but not in gassy wells and ultra deep wells.   2. Rod pump Sucker rod pump is also called insert pump. The oil tubing is not needed to be pulled out of well and the  plunger is pulled out by valve rod. The inspection of rod pump is convenient but the pump’s  structure is  complicatedand manufacture cost is high.Under the same oil tube size, the pump allowed to be passed is  smaller than tubing pump. The rod pump applies to oil well that  pump setting depth is big and output is low.    3.Special Oil Well Pump According to different well condition, different types of special oil well pump are applied, to achieve high pump efficiency and meet different operation requirement. the company produces anti-gas/sand/salt/carbon  powder pumps,  across bridge pumps, inclined well pumps and other special oil well pumps.      Technical Performances    * The pump barrel is made of high quality special-purpose pipe. The internal surface is processed by surface  strengthening of chrome plating or the nickel  phosphorus compound plating and  so on,  to achieve  good intensity and rigidity,  wear-resistance and anticorrosion property.   * The plunger surface  is processed by spray metal coated of nickel base alloy powder  to achieve good wear resistance and  anti-corrosion property.    *The valve ball and the valve seat are made of highcarbon chromium stainless steel , ceramic, tungsten  carbide or titanium  carbide material to achieve longer life span.    * The pump efficiency is high and pump workover is long.    * The structure is simple, use and installation is easy.    Basic parameters
