Main Features of HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant:

1. Mixing System: adopt JS1000 double-shaft compulsory concrete mixer which offers high quality and efficient mixing; assemble ladder, sidewalk and handrail, easily for worker maintenance.

2. Cement System: adopt cement silo and screw conveyor for cement storage and feeding.

3. Batching System: adopts PLD1600 concrete batcher which offers efficient and accurate measurement.

4. Aggregate Feeding system: adopts Belt conveyor, can be assembled rainproof and tighten device for belt. Aggregate lifting appliance adopts frequency control, thus providing smooth and reliable operation.

5. Powder lot is electronic measured, highly accurate dosing.

6. Water is flow-metering, simple and practical, highly accurate dosing.
