Usage:

Sit down or lay down with comfort pose instand of standing.
put the moxa stick into the hollow body of the device with lit side downwards.
press the spring of the device to let the moxa stick fall down. Adjust the stick’s position to reach the right temperature.
use your hand to test the temperature before working.
treatment time: 5-10 mins. (notes: no longer than 3mins for eyes massage)
