Test 1: PANGOO Aflatoxin binder in vitro detoxification
The result is showed: 2.0‰ dosage PANGOO Aflatoxin binder absolutely peotect the feed from Aflatoxin B1 risk.
Test 2: PANGOO Aflatoxin binder in vivo detoxification
The result is showed:
The total amount of aflatoxin B1 in stool of control group was 38.2% of total aflatoxin B1 in moldy maize, and a large amount of mycotoxin B1 was not excreted in feces and still remained in animals.
Test Group 1, add 1‰ PANGOO Aflatoxin binder into contaminated corn for adsorption, 50.44% of aflatoxin B1 excreted with the feces;
Test Group 2, add 2‰ PANGOO Aflatoxin binder into contaminated corn for adsorption, 72.30% of aflatoxin B1 excreted with the feces.
Test 3: PANGOO Aflatoxin binder used for Piglet
Choose 20 weaned sows at the weight about 8.3 KgTest them by 5 groups, 4 weaned sows each group. Pre-feeding period of each sows is 7 days, and the test period is 28 days.
