4.1 RS232 model

Blue Line: 0-5V output   5.Application This is level sensor to detect fluid level on container, such as fuel tank, gasoline pump, fuel storage, water pool and etc.   6.Level Monitoring If you use analog 0-5v signal output sensor,you can connect it with a voltage meter,the volt shown is in proportion with fuel volume.       Our level sensor can accurately measure for you the volume of the liquid when you use a gps tracking software or pc.Please refer to the following diagram.         This capacitance fuel level sensor can be used with our automotive gps sensor,and you can monitor the fuel consumption on the tracker software.   The following diagram shows the comsumption of fuel with its speed,for fuel level monitoring.This level sensor can be used together with vehicle gps tracker.         7.Calibrator       User can cut short to specific length based on their requirement. After cutting short, please do belowcalibration.It is recommend to do calibration while installation.
1.Adjustment of Zero
Push zero adjustment button for more than 5 seconds, the red led will light. After more than 5 seconds,push the zero button and keep pressed for more than 2s. The red led will be off. And zero adjustment done.
2.Adjustment of Full
Push full adjustment button for more than 5 seconds, the green led will light. After more than 5seconds, push the full button and keep pressed for more than 2s. The green led will be off. And full adjustment done.     Installation   water detection sensor   If replace original sensor on vehicle, please firstly take off the original sensor, then go to next step. If install new sensor, directly go to next step.   1.Preparation Please check whether the sensor, accessories and tools are ready, including flange, rubber seal, O ring,screw(customer prepare), electric drill (customer prepare).
2.Drilling Holes
According to flange size, use electric drill to work out holes for sensor and screws.     3 Flange mounting Put O ring at bottom of sensor, then connect with flange and fasten.   4 Sensor mounting Put rubber seal on fuel tank, mount sensor, then fasten screws   5 Connect lines According to above 4 Connecting Diagram,Connect sensor lines with the device or equipment         FAQ   water detection sensor   1. Can I use it with gps tracker? Yes, it support any gps tracker with 0-5V analogue input or RS232 input. If RS232 interface, the gps tracker need to do integration with our sensor protocol.   2. Which is the gps tracker list it support? Any gps tracker with 0-5V analogue input and RS232 input. such as A300, VT310, MVT400, MVT600 and etc.   3. What is the resolution? 0.1mm. If multiple with section area, we can conclude the liter resolution, normally less than 1 liter for vehicle tank.   4. Can we measure the liter changing with it? Yes, create one map between level and liter, then can draw liter changing.   5. Why is it expensive than other floating sensor? Because capacitance is more stable and higher resolution than floating sensor. So do not compare with different type of sensor. Just compare with other capacitance sensor, our will be the most cost-effective one.   6. Do you have support for integration with our application? Yes, we have EE and SW engineers team to support for you with integration of our product.   7. Is it safe for using with gasoline? Sure, we have ExtdIIT certification.   8. Can we cut short to adopt our tank? No, it does not support user cutting short.
