 expanded ptfe joint sealant tape planetary mixer machine   1.Characters of Planterary Mixer Machine : 1).The Planetary mixer is a good choices, which designed for mixing, vulcanization, nitration, sulfonation, hydrogenation, dehydration in viscous fluid;   2).There are 3 blades and 1 automatic scraper. Each paddle rotate on its own axis, the same time the 3 blades make planetary motion(revolution) on the center axis of the machine;   3).The planetary mixer will use thickness board to board so as to resistant the vacuum & heating;   4).There is a double layer movable vessels.The heat transfer media can be chosen by thermal oil,water or steam;   5).The material mixing in the movable vessel, when it finished push the vessel out;   6).The discharging mode are:YLJ series hydraulic discharging machine or ball valve;   7).There are variety of equipments can be installed such as: stroke control,safety control, measurement, temperature Pt-Rh sensor, etc;   8).In default the steel is SUS304+Q235.The motor capacity will be selected according to the viscosity of the material. Other issues will be designed according to the best solution.   2.
