Evaporator Falling Film Equipment

Its structure is roughly the same as film-lift evaporator, liquid is added from top. A liquid distribution device is installed at the top of each tube, so that the liquid can be uniformly received.The secondary steam and the concentrated liquid generally flow together, and the material liquid flows along the pipe wall in a film form due to the action of the secondary steam.
The liquid film flow uses gravity instead of overcoming gravity and thus vaporizes the solution with greater viscosity. Heating pipe length-diameter ratio L/ D = 100-250, the total heat transfer coefficient of 1200-3400 W/(㎡*K). Under normal circumstances, the material liquid of the evaporator can be completely evaporated through one pass from top to bottom. If the concentration standard can not be reached at one time, the material liquid can also be recycled by the pump for evaporation.

The function of the natural external heating evaporator  is to evaporate the low-pressure refrigerant from the expansion valve, absorb the heat of the air in the vehicle, and thus achieve the purpose of cooling the vehicle.
The working principle of the external heating evaporator is to use the evaporation method to heat the solution, vaporize some of the solvent and remove it to improve the solution concentration.
The types of evaporation System include: full liquid evaporator, dry evaporator, circulating evaporator and spray evaporator. The evaporator is mainly composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for the evaporation of the liquid, promotes the boiling vaporization of the liquid, and reaches the evaporation chamber in a larger space after vaporization. These liquids can be separated from the steam by their own condensation or the role of a demister.
