(1)High energy absorption and low reaction
There are various types of internal foams available.The low density foam will be softer and could generate low reactive force.The high density foam will be stiffer and could absorb more impact energy.
(2)Super-strength non-sinking design
Closed pore foam structure could prevent occurrence of punctures. Each closed pore is separate and therefore water can not penetrate into foam. Even after years of use,the foam core could be returned to factory and repaired or maintained for reuse
(3)Strong reinforcement ribs
The PU elastomer on external layer of foam filled fender is painted with addition of chinlon cords which effectively improves the performance of fenders. Chinlon cord is laid inthe optimal angle and used for both ends that bear the highest pressure; Addition to multiple homogeneous layers could effectively enhance the product strength. Meanwhile, this method is more advantageous than fabrics method.
(4)Wearing resistance and durability
PU elastomer used for external layer of foam filled fender is a kind of painting application which forms a homogenous layer with extremely high wearing resistance and no traces on the fender to ensure fender will not rupture; in case of most serious situations, ARD foam filled fender still could operate well till it could be repaired.
(5)It requires low maintenance because PU elastomer could withstand ozone and ultraviolet rays. Fender will not sink or leak. If its first service life comes to an end, it can be returned to factory for maintenance and then reused.
(6)Other characteristics
Wide range of standard and customized sizes, low outer shell pressure, compliant with naval regulations and no traces for use in white ships;
