Environmental protection vibrating screen for silica sand   Product Description Circular vibrating screen makes the circular movement, and it is the new kind of high efficiency multi-layers vibrating screen. YK series is our company’s new generation screen device, which introduced Germany technology with optimized design. And it is widely used in coal dressing, mineral separation, building materials, electric power and chemical industries. Moreover, it is mainly suitable for screening the coal, limestone, broken stone, grit, metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.   Working principles: YK series vibrating screen mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.  Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying in coal dressing, mineral separation, building materials, electric power and chemical industries. Moreover, it is mainly suitable for screening the coal, limestone, broken stone, grit, metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.   Features and Benefits:   Adopted the eccentric block vibrator, so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force, also can be adjusted randomly;  Adopted the tire coupling, so it is flexible connection and steady operation;  The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance.  Adopted smaller amplitude, higher frequency, bigger obliquity, so it features higher screening efficiency, larger processing capability, longer service life, easier maintenance, lower electric consumption and noise. Note: The vibrating screen should be started in a situation that is no materials in the screen surface, if not, avoiding starting the press, and then feeding the materials after making sure the machine operated steadily. Besides, the machine should be shut down until stopping feeding and ensuring the screen surface is clean. In addition, we should often watch the operation of the machine, if finding something is unusual or have strange noise, we’d better shut down the machine , find out the reasons ,and put it right at once.     Main Technical Parameters:
