So for higher-purity nitrogen,i.e. higher than 99.99%, we suggest that two-step procedure to achieve  your goal. There are two concerns,one is the air compressor, and the other is the stability of the output of N2. To produce higher purity N2 by one step, higher requirement for the air compressor in order for better air source for N2 , therefore  increase the cost of the air compressor. While producing higher purity N2 by two steps does not  has such higher requirement for air compressor, as we first produce nitrogen at a purity of 99%, or 99.9%, the by the purification devices, high purity nitrogen can be produced stably and consecutively. Generally, there are two kinds of purification, one is carbon deoxidization and the other is hydrogenation, which is your choice according to the technological requirement in your industry.   Why carbon deoxidation?   When the oxygen content in the feeding gas is lower than 5000ppm,   carbon deoxidizer is used without hydrogen offered.  Carbon fiber ,as both carrier and reducer, can directly remove  the inert gas and oxygen in the nitrogen. With big capacity of de-oxidation and good depth, it is suitable for the circumstance without hydrogen .      Why hydrogenation?
