Flame retardant (Our blanket is original flame retardant which means it is original flame retardant even don't put any liqudi for special treatment. So our material is more environmental than other flame retardant material.)

We can make the blanket special treatment for smooth and soft handfeel.

• Woven: Our blankets are produced with the technology of woven which composed of two or more groups of mutually perpendicular yarn to weave with an angle of 90 degrees. 
• The blanket of woven like the picture below: 
• woven blanket could be solid color or jacquard design(if jacquard design when fabric weaving the design would be come out). Woven blanket could be used at home, airplane, travel(bus/car), or be used as gift blanket(company logo could be interwoven in the blanket or embroidered on the blanket).

  

SINCE OUR BLANKET IS WOVEN TECHNICS, THE RAW MATERIAL IS CHANGEBLE.

1) According to different budget, we can change the material to be polyester(flame retardant or not), acrylic or modacrylic.

2) For the flame retardant quality, only modacrylic and flame retardant polyeser is original flame retardant material, which means when they are raw material the item already keep the FR effect. If you do not need to have those good FR quality, we can do 100% acrylic materail or 100% polyester, and then make the finished fabric liquid dealing with. Of course you can choose your product to not FR at all.

3) If customer has larger budget, you can choose two layer blanket, one face is the original woven fabric, and the back side is 100% cotton, the back side could be TC or 100% polyester.

4) If customer only want the single face,we also can custom make it for you-jacquard design or solid color, embroidered logo or not.

5) For the hem of the blanket, we could follow customer request: doble-turn hem, match color binding fabric hem etc.

6) If customer have other Feasible request for other using ,we also can meet you .

7) According to customer design for hand feel, we can do brushed or not.
