EM- 4 Multi-component Composite Alloy

Grade EM- 4 Multi-component Composite Alloy,content include  Fe and Si 43-48  and Ca1.6-2.0 and Al  1 and Re and Mg 5.1-5.6%,  which can cause the graphite to become a ball and to refine the spherical graphite, ,there is a strong effect of deoxidizing and desulphurization,

improving the distribution of spherical graphite, thus obtaining higher strength and impact toughness.

The basic requirements for spheroidizing agents are: (1) strong spheroidizing ability;(2) rich resources, low price and easy to melt;(3) strong adaptability to various components (such as eutectic sulfur content containing anti-nodular elements and alloying elements) and temperature of molten iron;(4) the kinetics of spheroidization is good, and the reaction is relatively stable. The reaction products are easy to be eliminated, with less consumption, less cooling, and good spheroidization technology.
