VT-1.0T is the electromagnetic furnace. It applies primarily for with lead and lead-free tin and tin alloy melting. It consists of crucible, exhaust hood and electrical control system.
The outer layer of the furnace adopt steel plate welded structure, inner layer adopt iron coat stainless steel material.
Exhaust hood adopt the steel structure welding parts, and be fixed on the crucible, Material feeding and casting are achieved with a side door, and it has a smoke hole at the top for connecting smoke exhaust system.
This item adopt magnetic field induced current heating principle of (also named Eddy current), it produces high frequency current through electronic circuit board component by transferring the 50Hz frequency circuit to DC voltage, again after control circuit convert the DC voltage into high frequency current of 20-30kHz, through spiral shaped of magnetic induction ring, it forms high frequency cross variable magnetic field, .
