The exporter need to learn more and show their corporate culture as well as product culture to attract buyers. Although the progress is slow, I have a better understanding of my company's culture and products through telling the story. What's more, I have received a lot of inquiries and sent a sample order. I wish more orders in the future.

Today, I received an inquiry from Germany with design plans, while the product he want was a little complex and professional. I asked the technical department whether we can make it. The manager said that this products need to open a new model and the costs will be more high, thus the buyer maybe cannot accept the price. I think it's all right, we can try to quote. Then I send a quotation to him. Several day later, he replied that he can accept the price as long as the products can meet his request, and we should send him the sample first. But to make the sample needs opening a new model and its costly. He seemed a little hesitated with my quote about opening a new model and has'n reply to me for a long time. I guessed this order must be failed. Half a month later, I received an e-mail from him. He said he believed that we have capacity to make the products after watching our product information and producing equipment showed on our website. He would like to pay for the sample. I felt rather happy at that time because of the success!

Today, a Spanish customer came and visited our factory. We have contacted with each other for more than two months before we met, and he had made a sample order. This was his first time to China, thus I took him to try the traditional Chinese cuisine. I hope that the meeting will be able to increase mutual understanding and trust so that we can build long-time cooperation.

Recently, we got an order from America. The workers often worked overtime to 11 o'clock in the night because of the urgent delivery. Everyone was working hard. We decided to organize a short tourist as reward to workers after the shipment.
