ADH Series high voltage dc relay(contactor) can be connected to various loads,such as solar wind generator system, machineshop truck,leisure car, UPS, construction equipment, new energy vehicles and related charging systems.The main function is to switching dc power. It is suitable for rated current (10A-300A),and rated voltage(from 12VDC to 750VDC). The max working voltage it can bear is 1000VDC.   Advantages: 1.Excellent breaking capability at high voltage dc power:with mixed gas (mainly nitrogen) filled in its cavity and with nonpolarity arc blow-out system, the relay(contactor) has superior arc cooling capability. 2.Wide load range:load current range (50A to 250A) ,voltage range(12VDC to 900VDC); 3.Safe and clean: epoxy resin sealed structure. Under explosive or harmful working environment, the coil and contacts would not be oxidized or polluted.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             1.All rated datas of contacts are datas under the premise of resistive(reactive) load. If it is inductive(active) load with L/R above 1ms,please connect ( in parellel) a surge protective device to the inductive load. Otherwise, it will result in short electric life and poor on-off(connecting and disconnecting) performance.   2.This relay( contactor) is a high voltage dc switch. Overuse and overload will lead to its overheating and breakdown. So you should use it in protecive circuit ,in which you can shut down the load right away once emergency happens. For the sake of safety, please replace the relay(contactor) parts regularly.   3.Please not use the relay(contactor) near strong magnetic field( transformer, magnets), or heating objects.   4.When mounting, please make sure main wires stay close to the relay/contactor’s outlet end.Then tightly fix flat gasket, spring gasket,nut in sequence(You can also use self-lock screw nut ). Wrong mounting sequence will result in overheating, which melts wires insulation coating.   5. ADH energy-saving type has in-built energy saving board. 0.1-0.2S after power on, the coil will make the switching automatically. Frequent connecting and disconnection with interval below 0.2s will result in the device failure.Please be noted.   6.Torque force of each screw and nut please refer to following regulated range. If the torque force exceeds following range,sealed cavity and screw will be destroyed.And mounting direction is at will , not limited. 1)ADH series   M4 size screw (ADH series 50A type):2Nm to 3Nm 2)ADH series   Mounting hole:2Nm to 3.5Nm (Please make sure: there is no alien objects such as oil on the outlet end. And please use wire/cable with following specifications(otherwise, wire overheating will appear):     ADH-50 Model: metric sectional area over 15mm2) If the relay( contactor) is dropped down to floor by accident, you are suggested not to use it again.   Inquiry us Now:
