Diversion roof cover
The guide cover is composed of a fixed cover and a moving guide cover. The fixed deflector is arranged on the charging side and behind the furnace, and the mobile deflector is arranged above the transformer chamber of the furnace. When feeding, the moving guide cover moves to the top of the transformer chamber and moves to the furnace body area. The moving guide and the fixed guide cover are surrounded by the electric furnace, which forces the flue gas to rise in the range of the guide cover. When the flue gas rises to the cover of the guide cover, it is only 5m distance from the cover cover of the roof, greatly reducing the influence of the horizontal air flow in the workshop. . After running and debugging, the movable cover can be fixed in one position without moving, only when it is repaired, it reduces the operation steps.
The roof cover is an inner and outer double-layer structure, and the inner cover traps smoke discharged from the diffuser through the diffuser, and the outer cover traps the overflow flue gas.

LF furnace flue gas capture technology

The cover cover of the furnace is synchronized with the electrode, and the other cover is to take over the pipe of the exhaust port on the side of the water cooled furnace cover. The space between the hood cover and the exhaust pipe is about 100mm.
When the LF furnace is smelted, the flue gas volume is small, and the furnace hood can achieve satisfactory dust removal effect, and the dust removal system has low investment and low running cost.
AOD furnace flue gas capture technology
Compared with the general converter, the AOD converter has the following characteristics: long smelting time, low oxygen blowing strength, low decarburization speed and low CO content; therefore, the recovery of AOD converter is of little value.
The flue gas of AOD furnace is captured by movable smoke hood. The top of the cover is made of stainless steel plate, and the inner wall of the cover is coated with refractory material. The flue gas temperature generated by smelting is CO 900~1600 when the flue gas mixture is mixed with the inhalation air.
The AOD furnace produces a certain amount of smoke and dust when adding and tapping water. At the same time, the high temperature flue gas of the AOD furnace needs mixed air cooling. Therefore, the two smoke and dust capture device of the AOD furnace is set up, and the two smoke is mixed with the furnace top exhaust. The two smoke collection of AOD furnace adopts diversion roof cover.
