Eco friendly Epoxy agent oil DOTP plasticizers oil is a new type of cold-resisting plasticizer, which is proved to be the most minimum influence plasticizer to our environment during its useful life. It doesn't contain phthalate, including 16P, reported by SGS. It is soluble in hydrocarbon coumpounds, ketones, esters, higher grade alcohols and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in ethanol as well. The low temperature flexibility(-53.2° C) of EP618 is similar with DOA and its plasticizing efficiency (0.88) is even better than DOP.

Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester EP618 could replace 15%-30% DOP in some specific fields. Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester is the most widely used PVC nontoxic plasticizer and stabilizer. It is particularly consistent with PVC and has low volatility and mobility. Its high thermal stability, light stability and good resistance to water and oil endow the products with better mechanical strengh, weather resisting property and electrical property.
