The raw materials can be corn, soybean, wheat, rice husk, grass etc. And the moisture of raw materials is also
important.
As the material dimension is an important factors for the line to produce pellets, so if the materials are not powder type, need to be crushed.

Crushing system
The best material dimension for supporting to produce pellets is 1-5mm. Thus, if your material dimension exceed 5mm, then we recommend one set grinding machine for your using. After the material is grinded into fine powder what is 1-5mm. Then the fine powder will be conveyed to the next process-mixing system Mixing system
Mixing is considered to be one of the essential operations in feed pellet processing. Lack of proper mixing may lead to reduced diet uniformity, affecting the feed pellet quality. And to make feed pellets, different customer has different formula, so you need the mixer machine to mix the raw material and formula, then they will be entered into the next process-pelletizing system Pelletizing system
Feed pellet mill is the main equipment of the whole production line. According to customers' requirements and feeding animals, pellet mil can be matched with single conditioner, double conditioners or three layers conditioners. After the final wood pellets come out from the pellet machine, then they will be entered into the next process-cooling system Cooling system
The feed pellets pressed out by the feed pellet mill are hot and moist. They can’t be crushed, screened or packed immediately. Counterflow feed pellet cooler is designed to cool or dry the feed pellets. It can decrease the temperature and moisture of the feed pellets, preparing for the following process-crumbling system Crumbling system
Different poultry, livestock or aquatic feed pellets are with different sizes. Some big ones should be crushed into small ones. After this, the pellets will be host to the next process-screening system Screening system
The crushed feed pellets are with different sizes, and there may be some powder. The rotary grading sieve can be
used to screen and grade the feed pellets. After processing, you can get the qualified feed pellets without fine powder. After this, enter into the final process-packing system
