This dyed cotton herringbone twill fabric is widerly used for different kind of garments, such like fashions and leisure wear. The fiished herringbone twill fabric is mid-thick and in medium weight  to remain those features of softness and comfort, soomth and breathing.  it is an ideal cloth for choice to make for Spring and Summer garments like shirts, jackets, blouses and pants etc. its weaving design will make all finished garments looks more noble and peculiar.

The  cotton material of our dyed herringbone twill fabrics comes from Xijiang super Cotton Base, which is hige grade quality level and fibre is better than other bases. The cotton herringbone fabric is bearing with envirmental dyestuffs like reactive or vat dyes, such will make superior colorfastness in finished fabrics. especial be good effect after washing or rubbing. This herringbone twill fabric is also have good colorfastness to anti-breaking and anti-tearing. that's why it always is used for uniforms for industrial workers.

Our Plain Dyed Herringbone Twill Cloths are woven by rapier looms or airjet looms, so fabric apperance looks perfect and smooth, that can avoid many weaving deffects to meet client's satisfactory. the dyeding processing we used is contunuous dyeing producing line to keed all colour tones coincedent which is suitale for large quantity orders of one colour.
