  Product Description DS series sand machine installed hammer in it is a equipment using high-speed rotary hammers to crush materials, mainly applied to the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction,refractory to materials and ceramins. it can crush hard and soft ores into medium or small size, such as barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo,coal,slag,and up to 100different kinds.     Working principle of DS series sand machine installed hammer in it:   Equipment consists of chassis, one-piece base, lining board, rotor, blow hammer plate, an impact plate, the bypass channel, grate plate, motor and other parts. Material by the upper machine into the crushing cavity, is hit by hammer plate with high speed, and then being hit against impact plate, it is dashed into pieces on the board. There is crack between impact plates, which can make a fine material through the bypass channel slip out. Course materials will be in the fight against the hammer plat and repeatedly broken between the impact plate. The end product comes out of the machine via the strips of screen.
