Product Introduction:
Cutting edge is the major ground engaging working part of the Dozer, mainly used for bulldozing and smoothing the construction area, joint by end bit bolt with the dozer. According to different application situation, dozer consists of small-sized, medium-sized and large-sized type, also made of three different materials.
Dozer end bit is installed on the two sides of the cutting edge, used to touch the ground, with the cutting edge to become the whole set cutting edge assembly. The end bit of large-sized dozer is installed by the way of making the end bit with the cutting edge becoming an acute angle. In the process of frayed, it always keep the acute angle.

Medium-sized dozer cutting edge: Manganese steel mechanical properties: Hardness:HB360, Yield strength(Rp.02 Mpa):890
Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1050, Elongation (A%): 13.5, Impact test (AKV Joule): 80
Large-sized dozer cutting edge: Boron steel mechanical properties: Hardness:HB480, Yield strength Yied (Re N/mm): 1550, Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1750,Elongation (A%): 9, Impact test (AKV Joule): 30
