Double Glazed Information
Double glazed is a new heat and noise insulation building material which has other many features - energy saving, safety, antifogging, etc. Double glazed is hermetically sealed combination of two or more pieces of glass separated by a dry air-space. The space itself can be filled with dehydrated air, or with a special gas. Double glazed is mainly used in building curtain wall, window, ceiling, and so on.

Our top quality double glazed has many types, for example, general double glazed, coated double glazed, tempered double glazed, etc. And all our double glazed has the following features:
(1)Saving energy: Double glazed has good thermal insulation and heat-shielding performance, so it is an ideal material of energy and environmental protection;
(2) Good lighting: For double glazed, the visible light transmittance is high, so low-e double glazed has good lighting effect;
(3)Stable chemical property: It is possible for long term storage and the general double glazed can be arbitrarily deep-processed.

1 full automatic glass cutting line, with annual output is 1.6 million m2;
3 automatic insulating glass production lines, with annual output is 0.75 million m2;
1 laminated glass production line, with annual output is 0.2 million m2;
1 fireproof glass production line, with annual output is 0.6 million m2;
5 automatic bilateral edge grinding machines, with annual output is 2.6 million m2.
