Description:

Rubber wheel is made of nontoxic silica gel with surface treatment, its shore hardness is under 23 degree to ensure clear printing even on locking points.

Working principle:

1. The upper rectification rollers, lower rectification rollers, rectification forks and baffle plates make up of rectification system, which make empty capsules to be placed in order on the cavity of transmit chain with capsule caps towards same direction. The transmit chain transfer the capsules to the printing station and to be printed, both linear and circular type printing can be fulfilled on one machine. After being printed, the printing pattern will be throughly dried on the way from printing station to the discharge outlet. The distance between the printing station to the discharge outlet is sufficiently long for printing pattern to be dried throughly.

2. Online rejection device will reject the non-rectified capsule, so that the directional printing rate is 100% ensured.

3. Cleaning wheel is provided online to clean the rubber wheel (offset wheel), so that the printing ink thickness is uniformly controlled and ensure clear printing result.
