High rigidity structure design: with one piece casting, the machine has large loading section, so it has nice rigidity and shock absorption which ensure the high precision working   2. High efficiency and low noise: with AC servo motor and V type belt effective transmission, the machine can escape noise   3. Main spindle with high speed and rigidity: with NSK precision high speed spindle sets, retightening force and nice spacing supporting, the spindle has high rigidity and speed.   4. Knife rest with high reliability: the high rigidity hydraulic knife rest has high reliability and repeat location accuracy.   5. The machine is designed with ball-screw, plastic stickers; it has high efficiency of driving &accuracy, steady movement of knife rest.   6. Automatic centralized lubrication system: the guide way and ball-screw can be lubricated with continuously and effectively.   7.
