Hokkai has many forming machines which can provide many type of dished heads

in order to achive the clients requirments, there are many tooling for our dished ends forming. 

50mm pitch if diameter is below 2000mm, and 100mm pitch once diameter greater than 2000mm

with regards to the cold press, there are three press machines for dished ends, 630ton,2000ton, and 6000tons 

Hokkai characteristic dished heads that we provided to our clients as follow:

•  Order the plates with special requriement(S,P content).
•  Dished heads Shape and check by full template plates
• dished end Tolerance is higher than standard.
• High Precision edge preparation for head plates
• NDT checked by qualifed personel
• Surface condition for cold press is better than others head plates forming way
• Pickling and passive per each dished heads.
