Two Piece Flanged ends PN16/PN25/PN40 DIN Standard Floating Full Port Ball Valve with ISO5211 Mounting Pad
2PC ball valve assembled by valve body and bonnet, the connecting face can be flange end/thread end/welded end. Flange end has different standards: DIN, JIS, ASTM, ISO, GOLD etc. Two piece ball valve can connect to a straight pipeline, in addition to opening and closing the pipeline, it also can control and regulate the fluid in the pipeline. 2PC flanged ball valve can be operated by handle, worm gear and also can operated by actuator. Pneumatic 2PC ball valve is one of them. This kind of actuator control two piece flanged ball valves by the conversion of compressed air energy to mechanical motion. Different usage environment can choose different kind of pneumatic actuator. Single-acting pneumatic actuator use compressed air to turn the valve and a spring to return the valve to the normal position. And about the double-acting pneumatic actuators use compressed air to on or off the 2PC ball valves.
