Inspection and Packing:
1. All Weihang products will be inspected and labeled by our QC team before delivery, machine will be tested under actual printing job to ensure good running status.
2. Solid wooden package safe for sea and air transportation, fumigation will be done for no-barrier importation with IPPC mark and code.
Guarantee and After Sales Service:
1. One year guarantee for both home and overseas customers , but the whole ink supply system like print head, damper, clean cell, ect. will be excluded.
2. Detailed English Manual for machine installation, operation and maintenance.
3. Email, Skype, phone/video call and other social media contacts are all applied ways for technical support.
4. Besides these on-line methods, on-site installation and training can be also available.
