*Process parameter:
· Equipment for laminating film: Dry and wet laminator machine.
· Temperature: Normal: 85~100 C; Special: 100~110 C.
· Roller pressure: Normal: 8~15Mpa; Special: 16~25 Mpa.
· Speed: Normal: 5~30 M/min; Special: 5-10 M/min.
· Remarks: Special laminations refer to those with thick ink, dark color, much moisture and large size paper


*Directions for using BOPP thermal laminating film:
Normal process temperature is 90c-105c, roller pressure and temperature vary with different types of paper, ink and machines.
When using the film for the first time or do other treatment, try a small volume before mass laminating.
Make sure the ink is dry before laminating. It will delaminate when the paper contains too much moisture and powder.
Make sure put the material in a low-temperature, dry place.

*Packing:
Standard export packing is Rolling package with cartons; In pallet individual corrugated boxes;



*Storage:
The product should be stored in a dry, well ventilated warehouse. To aviod direct sunlight, the product should not be stored in the open air. Make sure put the material in a low-temperature, dry place.

*Safety Precautions:
· Be away from fire and heat sources.
· Should not be stored or transported together with chemicals and inflammables.
· Warehouse must be equipped with extinguishers or fire-fighting device.
· Water, carbon dioxide; Dry power, can be used as extinguishers for the product.
