Ductile iron pipe flange adaptor,shall be used for joining ductile iron pipes and fittings.All pipe flange adaptor shall be of a design similar  to those in BS EN 598 and have slip-on  type mechanical joints at both ends. Tie bars ,bolts and nuts for the coupling and flange adaptors shall be made of stainless steel grade 316.
