Product Characteristics&Usage: Disc centrifuge can finish two kinds of operation: liquid-solid separation (namely, low densities suspension separating), called clarifing; liquid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid –solid separation (namely, emulsion separate), called separating. The disc centrifuge has compact structure, take small area and high capacity, so it has widely used in chemical industry, medicine, light industry, food and biological engineering and transportation departments. Suitable range： Disc centrifuge has been widely used in separating the milk products, mineral oil, animal oil, barm, starch, vegetable oil, textile, pharmaceutical, fruit residue, beer, rubber solution and paintings etc. Dairy products centrifuge: use for milk degreasing or milk clarification (remove solid impurities) Structure:the small centrifuge is hand-aid-driven and the slag is discharged by manual work. It is suitable for farmers’and herdsmen’family in the pastoral ares, large machines are for industrial production, power-driven, slag discharge way for the manual work or loop value. Mineral oil separator: it is used to remove water from the mineral oil likes fuel, diesel, lubricant transformer oil ect. Meanwhile, it can eliminate machinery impurities and also can be used to separate similar emulsion. Vegetable oil separator: for refing vegetale oil processing Animal oil sepapator: in meat processing for refining animal fats, or in the processing of aquatic products for the separation of fish oil concentrate. Yeast seperator: for condense the yeast and discharge the slag from nozzle. Starch separator: it is used for the remove protein from starch and condense the starch, slag was discharged from nozzle. Lanolin separator: wool texile industry used to extract lanolin from nozzle. Pharmaceutial disc separator: in the pharmaceutial industry for the extraction of the antibiotics, vitaminsand other materials, it is also suitable for the separation of liquid-liquid-solid mixture in the pharmaceutial and chemical production. Fruit drugs separator: its special use for fruit dregs sparation from juice. Bear separator: for clarification of bear,wort and other beverages. Latex separator; for condense of the rubber latex and removal of the impurities from rubber latex. Paint separator: for the separation of impurities in the paint and that can improve the quanlity of the paint. Structure and theory: Disc centrifuge is stand type, the drum install on the stand axis, via transmission device, it can be running fast by motor-driven. There have a group of discs in the drum, through the gap between disc, the solid granules and liquid drippings sink on the disc and then form the sediment or liquid layers. The sediments slid along the disc surface and out the disc to the place where is drum’s max diameter. After separating, the liquid is discharged from the outlet. The function of the disc is shortening the falling distance of solid ( liquid granules) and widen the settlement area of sediment, due to the stallationof the disc in the drum the productive capacity is greatly improved. The accumulated solid is discharged by manual after stop machine or discharged by special machine without stop machine.
