Product Description Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter can effectively removes non-metal solid mixture from aluminium and aluminium alloy fusant, its maximum service temperature 1200°C. Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter is equipped with a gasket on the edges, the gasket assures the proper and tight position of the filter within the filter box. Also can provide alumina ceramic foam filter without gasket. Application scope Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter is widely applied to the aluminum and aluminum alloys fusant filter equipment of continuous casting, half-continuous casting, gravity casting, and low pressure casting, can effectively remove and absorb impurities, improve the surface quality, product performance and microstructure effectiveness. Size and shape We can offer various shapes, such as square, round and custom geometric shapes. Sizes from 10mm up to 600mm, and thicknesses from 10-50mm. The most common porosities are 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60PPI (PPI ie pores per inch). Technical data
