High purity alumina ceramic plates possesses high melting point and high hardness, as well as excellent wear resistance.  Besides, the hardness of alumina is ≥HRA85 which is second only to the hardness of diamond, and the surface is very smooth with low friction coefficient.

We have been supplying a broad range of alumina ceramic plates in different purity from 95% to 99.8%, customized design, specific sizes. These al2o3 ceramic plates are formed by tape casting, dry pressing and ISO pressing. Main features of alumina ceramic plates

●High hardness:

Rockwell hardness is HRA85-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of steel and stainless steel

●Super wear resistance

The wear resistance of aluminum oxide ceramic is 266 times of manganese steel and 171.5 times of high chromium cast iron

●More light weight

The density of alumium oxide ceramic is 3.6g / cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.

●High temperature resistance

It's ideal refractory material, and the max. working temperature can be up to 1750℃ under reduced atmostphere.

●Chemical stability

Chemical inertness, alumina can work under various of harsh enviroment, such as high temperaturestrong acid and alkali conditions.
