High purity alumina ceramic plates possesses high melting point and high hardness, as well as excellent wear resistance. Besides, the hardness of alumina is ≥HRA85 which is second only to the hardness of diamond, and the surface is very smooth with low friction coefficient.
We have been supplying a broad range of alumina ceramic plates in different purity from 95% to 99.8%, customized design, specific sizes. These al2o3 ceramic plates are formed by tape casting, dry pressing and ISO pressing. In order to cater to some special needs, the surface could be polished, metalized or laser cutting as per specification. Rockwell hardness is HRA85-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of steel and stainless steel
●Super wear resistance
The wear resistance of aluminum oxide ceramic is 266 times of manganese steel and 171.5 times of high chromium cast iron
●More light weight
The density of alumium oxide ceramic is 3.6g / cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.
●High temperature resistance
It's ideal refractory material, and the max. working temperature can be up to 1750℃ under reduced atmostphere.
●Chemical stability
Chemical inertness, alumina can work under various of harsh enviroment, such as high temperaturestrong acid and alkali conditions.
