Customized Rubber Vibration Damper

Description of Rubber Vibration Damper.   Vibration/Shock Absorption Mounts in metric sizes. Also known as shock absorbing mounts, vibration mounts, anti-vibration mounts, vibration bobbins or rubber bumpers, these RoHS compliant components are frequently used as end-stop bumpers, e.g., for conveyor trolleys. Other features include: Capable of absorbing most of the accumulated kinetic energy on impact. Types with tapped hole or with threaded stud have a mount body of natural rubber (NR), vulcanized, 55 durometer (shore hardness +/-5°). Cover plate, and tapped inserts or threaded studs are molded-in zinc plated, blue passivated steel.   These Rubber Vibration Damper are available in natural rubber as standard but other compounds are available on request.Stainless steel metal parts are also available on request.   Applications: Large static generator engines Compressors Motors Electronic control panels Double end male thread type, designed to absorb the transmission of vibration and noise,widely used in industrial machinery.
