A: It is compatible with 802.15.4 standard.   3.Which are the functions of the handheld reader? A: The handheld reader is mainly for quickly binding/unbinding ESL tag to products.The reader recognize the barcode of the product; it also recognizes the ESL TagID. (Online binding and unbinding;Goods information query;System alarm and diagnosis;Tag information paging and tag refresh)   4.Which are the information that we have to take into account in order to define the number of base stations to be installed in an store or Warehouse (distance between base stations, warehouse dimensions, number of tags, products)?    A: The number of base station depends on the layout, tag density and scale of the area where you want to install the tags. it is better that you give us your store plan , we will calculate for you.   5.How do you link a tag to product information and how do you update that information? A: Each tag has a TagID, the base station can recognize the tags and you can link them through the software too.The information is updated in the POS system then the ESL server will sync the update and transmit updated information to the tags automatically.      6.How do you minimize out-of-stocks with this technology? A: The tags can show the stock level . We have customized tags for stock  use,    7.Are the tags durable if they hit the ground? A: Based on the vibration tests conducted we have concluded it is possible for the tag to survive a drop of 1 meter.    8.Does your system requires an in dependant PC in each store or it can be centralized? A:  As to the requirements of PC, it much depends on your deployment of the whole project. There are two ways of deployments as we suggested to ESL system.
