Chrome Plated Finish Trailer Hitch Ball

The hitch ball has a 1-7/8" diameter x 3" long shank with wrench flats.

Raw material : C45; 40Cr, High strength alloy steel. We can also customize according to Customer's requirments.

Processing flow:

1. The ball blank: We have all kinds of molding sizes and use high precision friction press to forge the ball blanks.

2. Machining: CNC machine, Processing Center, Coreless Grinding Machine, Drilling Machine , Polishing Machine, High precision wire rolling machine.

3. Heat treatment: Mesh belt furnace , high-frequency quenching , Tempering treatment.

4. Polishing : We have to go through three polishing before Electroplating.

5. Surface: The hitch ball is chrome plated (Zinc plated, Silver plated, brass plated, Nickel plated) according to industry standard.

6. And Salt Spray Test 48-96 Hrs.
