GP25NC-16 CrC-25NiCr is a kind of Chromium carbide thermal spray powder, with the composition of 75% Cr3C2+25%NiCr, the particle size is 5-25um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVAF powder which could be applied with both HVAF with excellent high temperature resistance which allows it to be performed under the temperature up to 850°C, so it is often used for coating furnace bottom roller in steel industry in order to extend the service life
