Main Principle and Features
The device is mainly composed of the main steel machinery frame, the fixed and motive clamping fixture, the upsetting transmission mechanism, the welding transformer, the pneumatic system, the cooling system and control system, and so on.

When welding, according to the materials and shape of workpiece to be butt welded and select the proper welding parameters, the suitable preheating time and preheating current, the right flash time and flash current, choose upsetting distance with the current and non current, also need to select the appropriate transformer regulating grade and the other suitable welding parameters to get the best automatic butt flash welding quality.

Testing Standard for Welding Quality
After butt welding, the tensile strength of the copper and aluminum combining site of two kinds of material will be more than that of the original raw materials.
To test the welding quality and result, please hold and clamp the copper side of welded products, first turn right 90 degrees, then turn left 180 degrees, if the copper and aluminum not break, that mean they are qualified products.
The qualified rate of welded products is more than 99%.

Mainly used for butt welding various of copper and aluminium bar, butt welding copper and aluminum strip, butt welding various electric power fittings, other tools and rims, etc.
