Certifications Our Service 1) In normal condition with proper operate , the warranty for the whole platform is one year.

2) Spare parts of hoist : gear ring, gear shaft , turbo and worm , warranty is 5 years in right operation and maintenance.

3) During the warranty period , if there is any problems on the parts , it will be offered free of charge and dispatch the broken parts immediately to replace in seven working days.

4) Safety lock will be inspected free of charge. If need to change the parts, the charges will be paid by customer after one year.

5) In proper operation , because of season cracking for oversheath , the cable will be changed free of charge.

6) The damage because of wrong operation for hoist is not included in warranty period.
