Introduction 

The processing line to make wood block/wood pallet log:
crushing the raw material-----drying-----mixing the glue-----pressing wood pallet block machine---
-- cut the long block into small one---- construct the block and the wood board into wood pallet.

The Compressed Wood Pallet Feet Block Making Machine is used to turn the wood waste such as sawdust, wood wools into the pallet feet which is for the transportation pallet. The final product could get the E1 grade.
The pallet feet could be solid without hole in the center, also could be hollow.
Besides, you could customize the mold for other shape wood waste compressed products.
Block sizes could be customize from 75 mm to 145 mm. And the usual sizes are 90*90 mm, 90*100 mm, 100*100 mm,80*90 mm.

Automatic Wood Pallet block Production LIne
1. Crushing the wood, branch, wood waste into sawdust, wood shavings or wood wools (or you have the raw material already)
2. Drying the raw material to 8% (solid block) or 10%(hollow block)
3. Mixing the raw material with glue
4. Pressing them in the wood pallet block machine
5. First cutting the product from pallet block machine into bar
6. Second cutting the strip into the single blocks.

Technical parameter 

There are 3 different productivity pressing machines, it's 6-8m³/24h(6 head ), 5-6m³/24h(four head ), 2-3m³/24h(two head). 

The machine could make different size wood block as per your request, 75*75,80*100, 80*120,90*90,95*75,80*80,90*140,100*100, 100*115,100*140,140*140 ,145*145 etc.
