Complete Line Maize  Flour Milling Machines for Africa         Product Description ♦ Introduction    We can design and produce maize corn grits , polenta and flour plant range 10tons to 400tons per day. All capacity of plant can make same finished products which are: 3 kinds of maize grit, 2 kinds of maize flour, and 1 kind of maize polenta at same time. So the 15 tons per day and the 30 tons per day, just difference in production capacity, the finished products are exactly the same.    The size range of the 3 kinds of maize grit is 0.5-3.5mm adjustable. In China We usually have big grit with 2-3.5mm size; middle grit with 1.5-2mm size; small grit with 0.5-1.5mm size.    After peeling the skin and removing the maize germ, the maize polenta can be made into 1-4 pieces. In China We call whole polenta, half polenta, one forth polenta.    Then there are 2 kinds of maize flour. Yellow flour and white flour. white which is finer than yellow flour.
