Q: What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)
A: It depends sometime. Generally we require a MOQ as 10-50pcs for each model. Please have more discussion with us if your combination of models is complicated.
Q:How about getting samples from you?
A: For new customer, we will send you the samples after we receive the payment for samples. The value of the samples is the same as those on our quotation sheet. The buyer shall afford the shipping cost. However, We will refund you the sample charges when we receive actual purchase order (container shipment) from the buyer.
For old customer, we always provide some limited samples free of charge (for example: 5-10pcs each time). We will send the samples by express courier or by air, while the freight is on the buyer's charge)
