Product Description High Efficiency Warehouse Selective USA Teardrop Pallet Rack Combining vertical frames with horizontal load beams, Jracking Selective Pallet Rack provides total accessibility to the product. They are roll formed and available with bolted or welded frame configurations. Beams are mounted to the frame and held in place with a piston lock connector. This allows the beams to be seated securely without the risk of accidental disengagement and enables easy arrangement when necessary.

1) Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading. L/C O/A also available.

Q: Does Jracking have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
A: No, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products of Jracking to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.

Q: How does Jracking charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?
A: For the production of necessary tooling requirement, Jracking charges the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.

Packaging For Long Product
Material	Crosstie, metal tie, corrugated paper, plastic film.
Manner	Palletizing for forklift accessing
Packaging Details	Long metal material like upright columns struts and beams are overlaid on crosstie from direct ground contact. 5-layer corrugated paper covers the contact-surface from packed material against metal tie. Plastic film covers the whole package in case of moist rusty environment.

Packaging For Wire Mesh Deck
Material	Pallet, metal tie, corrugted paper, plastic film.
Manner	Palletizing for forklift accessing
Packaging Details	Wire mesh deck overlaid on wood pallet from direct ground contact. 5-layer corrugated paper covers the corner edges, preventing the package from accidental crushing. Metal tie will be used to bunddle up the whole package. Plastic film covered in case of moist rusty environment.

Sea Freight Container Loading
Material	Pallet jack, forklift, sliding cart, air bag.
Manner	Bulk loading by machines
Loading Details	Loading platform allows 2 containers to be operated at the same time. Packages will be uploaded by vehicles without manual labour. Air bags will be inserted between packages in case of crushing. Thanks to the professional logistics skills of JR, container will be fully used and unloading will also be very easy and cost saving!
