Coil Form is professional designed for Heat Exchange Coil forming for L Shape, U shape or G shape according to different application.

Coil Bender or Coil Form can process 800mm to 1500mm Coil width.

Coil Form Feature of structure:

1. Coil Form or Coil Bender Machine Structure: Coil Form or Coil Bender adopts cantilever layout and hydraulic drive . Positioning by mechanical device, When machine is working, bending plate and bending support plate can move and rotary together with the workpiece, so that the workpiece can be protected without damage. Machine use rotary encoder to control bending angle and adjust in the range. Electrical control system employ PLC controller with operation mode INCH, AUTO for functional action as coil hold, bending, repositioning.

2. Coil Form or Coil Bender's Bending Range: 0~105º for adjustment,which can be set and display on operation panel, Coil Form or Coil Bender can bend shape as L, U and G. The straight length between two side of U shape ≥200mm; Short side of shape L,Min straight length of single layer is at least 70mm, for double layers is 90mm, three layers is 110mm; The short side of shape U and G including single layer, double layers, and three layers, the straight length is at least 200mm.

3. Coil Form or Coil Bender's safety device:Machine is installed with Light Curtain as safety guard protection.

3.Hydraulic Pump and Hydraulic Valve use high quality products, Hydraulic Pump for FUXIN is first choice, then Japanese YUKEN, VICKERS is also valid. For hydraulic Valve is YUKEN, for option.

4.For main electric components (limit switch, switch button, air switch, contactor, relay, thermal relay) use high quality components, electrical control system will conform to Chinese related safety standard. The brand OMRON, MITSUBISHI, and so on is for your first choice.
