Product Description

Coconut Activated Carbon for Vinyl Acetate Synthesis of Catalyst, Fco 03 SeriesCoconut activated carbon for vinyl acetate synthesis of catalyst with ASTM standard, FCO 03 series

Vinyl acetate synthesis of catalyst made of high-quality coconut shell. The charcoal was activated by ultra high temperature superheated steam physical activation. Then the stones in the active carbon were removed. The carbon was crushed, rinsed, dried and sieve. Finally amorphous particles were obtained.

Products have the following features: Uniform size, low impurity content, developed pore structure, large specific surface area, acetic acid adsorption capacity, high mechanical strength and good chemical stability.

Application:
They are used in producing vinyl acetate with fluidized bed synthesis of acetylene method. As catalyst carrier, the yield of product is high.
