  Working principle: Salt Spray Corrosion Tester equips with a high reliability thermostatic temperature controller which maintains the salt solution at a preset controlled temperature in a reservoir within the double wall construction. The salt solution is introduced into the chamber through an atomizing nozzle. This specification requires that a salt residue be deposited on the specimens, in addition to generating salt fog atmosphere.   The preparation of a salt solution consists normally of sodium chloride containing as a dry compound not more than 0.1% of sodium iodide and not more than 0.2% of total impurities.   This solution of Salt Spray Corrosion Tester is prepared by dissolving five parts by weight of salt in 95 parts by weight of distilled water. It is important to maintain this solution at a specific gravity of from 1.023 to 1.037.   The method is maintained at a controlled temperature of 95°F by the chamber's own integral temperature control system (temperature is adjustable).     Maintenance Procedure: 1,Change the heat sink water if the test period over one month. 2,Don’t use the salt solution if unused for a week, avoid affecting the test quality. 3,Clean the inner chamber of Salt Spray Corrosion Tester and release the water in heat sink if a longer time interval from the  next test.         Release the water from heat sink---------------open the drain value         Release the water from isolation tank--------------- pulled up the middle silicone plug.         Release the water from preheat tank--------------- Pull out the internal silicone plug. 4,ensure the test quality, please replace the glass nozzle periodically within 4500 hours.     Company Information Our company Introduction: HAIDA INTERNATIONAL is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of testing equipments over 24 years.
