  Coal Three Cylinder Drier / Coal Rotary Drier Usage:   Widely used to dry yellow sand,coal, clay, slag, flyash, , iron powder,sand in casting, ect.   Three Cylinder Drier Work condition:   The material initial moisture is 15%, final is below 0.5-1.0%, is the first choice for the slag in the cement factories and premixed dry mortar production line. The material granular size is around 20-40mm.     Three Cylinder Drier Installation and practice:   Compared with single cylinder dryer, reduce about 50% area, the groundwork consumption reduce a half. The whole equipments have no leakage, can finish the installation in 2 hours, and easy to pratice in following period.   Three Cylinder Drier advantages:  
The rotary dryer shell is self-insulation, thermal efficiency up to 80%(single drum dryer is only 35), the production increase 100%.
The whole shell length is shorter than the single drum 60%, it is good for the technology layout, reduce the factory area, and reduce the foundation investment.
It is high efficiency, outside of the cylinder is 60 degree, the discharging temperature is lower than 60 degree. The outlet temperature is low, which can increase the dust collector equipment.     Three cylinder drier:   Main purposes: three cylinder drier is used dry humidity particle materials, such as yellow sand used by industrial, variety of sand which used in foundry industry, Blast furnace slag which used in cement industry of building materials, Small particle size clay. According to requirements of the water in the products after dryer, The water content 1-0.5% or less can be achieved after the process.   Three cylinder drier working principle:   The special three cylinder structure makes the inner cylinder and middle cylinder being surrounded by the outer cylinder to form a self-contained thermal insulation system, the radiated heat from surface of inner and middle cylinder assist heat the material in the outer cylinder. But the outer cylinder is at the low temperature end, so the heat dissipation area and heat losses are reduced significantly.
