The performance & structure and application:

Three shafts adopt screw tightening structure, it can offsets thermal expansion that is caused by the long time machining. Preloaded double nut can get rid of the gap that produced by the long time use of itself, it also can retain the screw precision and delay the lifetime of itself.
The whole three axis guide rails are hard rail, all the guide surfaces are handled by medium frequency quenching, the depth of the broken hard layer is greater than or equal to 3mm, hardness reaches HRC50-55.
Main characteristics:
