Then he came to our original factory, three years later he became a great engineer and the original boss trusted and replied him so much, six years ago that is 2008, the whole factory is almost dead because of the financial turmoil, the before boss just packed up and left leaving a shambles to our current boss. Our current boss depends on his family, love and dream prop up the factory and make the factory to be better and better. 

From that on, our new boss have deeper and deeper cognition on the ideal dream, then he devoted himself to making the dreams of workers coming true especially those don’t have special family background, not good study but with strongly self-motivated and responsibility.
